R.J. Waldron & Co. Ltd. was formed to provide engineering services in the areas of failure analysis, accident reconstruction and accident investigation. The company's activities concentrate on the investigation of aircraft accidents, incidents, system failures and component failures.

Services

Some industrial failure analyses and accident investigations are conducted on a selective basis. Since 1975, the company has investigated more than 2000 aircraft accidents, incidents and component failures. The nature and level of activity in any one investigation varies considerably and ranges from on-site investigation to the failure analysis of a single component. More about services >

Aircraft

The range of aircraft models involved in the accident/incident investigations that have been conducted vary from small home-built aircraft to wide-body commercial transport aircraft. An estimated 60% of the accidents and incidents that have been investigated to date involved helicopters. The majority of the accidents and incidents investigated have taken place in North America, however several investigations have been conducted on other continents.
